Witnessing his best friend and sister die in front of while he is helpless to do anything will be the most damaging experience to his sanity. Finding a corpse will hurt it more, and finding out his best friend and/or sister are dead will damage it significantly. note Bloody weapons and pools of blood will damage it slightly. It will be damaged if he witnesses something disturbing.
